About Gloria Trevi Universe Membership

It is the official Gloria Trevi fan community. A monthly membership that gives you access to exclusive presales, ticket discounts, unique experiences, an official kit redeemable at the tour (at the moment, only available for Central America shows), priority at events, and monthly raffles exclusively for the Tribu.

The price is USD 7.99 per month (billed monthly). If you want immediate access to the exclusive presale, you must pay 3 months upfront: USD 23.99. This unlocks your priority access to ticket sales before the general public. At the moment, this benefit applies only to Central America shows.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused days within the paid month.

Exclusive Presale

To access the exclusive presale, your membership must be active with at least 3 months paid upfront (USD 23.99). The presale code will be sent to your registered email address before the sale opening date. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) when the presale date is announced.

Each code allows the purchase of up to 2 (two) tickets.
Spots are limited and assigned in order based on fulfillment of membership conditions.
By paying 3 months upfront, you gain the opportunity to redeem a code. Once redeemed, you will receive your presale code at your registered email. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) when the presale date is announced.

Official Kit & Merchandise

The kit is specially designed for Gloria Trevi Universe fans. The exact contents will be announced soon through the official channels.
The kit is picked up on the day of the show, inside the theater or arena, by presenting your active membership card or proof of membership. No home deliveries are made. Kit distribution only applies to Central America shows and is picked up on the day of the show with your member card. Instructions will be sent out closer to the show date. A valid show ticket is required in order to pick up your official member kit.
Official merchandise will be available inside the theaters, venues, or arenas on the day of the show, at the official designated stands.
The kit can only be picked up on the day of the show at the designated point set by the production. There are no alternative pickup options or refunds for uncollected kits, except where required by law.

Monthly Raffles

Every month, an exclusive raffle is held for active Gloria Trevi Universe members. Prizes may include tickets, meet & greets, exclusive experiences, and unique Universe surprises.
Winners will be notified by email and/or through the official channels. The terms and conditions of each raffle are published prior to the draw.
You only need to have an active membership. Participation details for each raffle will be communicated along with its terms and conditions.

Payments & Refunds

All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes at the time of the transaction.
Package purchases are final sales and are generally non-refundable. The monthly membership can be cancelled at any time, but unused days within the current month are not refunded. In the event of a total cancellation of the show, you may request a refund for the package by writing to soporte@gloriatreviuniverse.com.
Your package will remain valid for the new date. We will notify you by email with all the updated details.

Transfers & Show Access

Yes, if you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer by writing to soporte@gloriatreviuniverse.com. The request must be submitted at least 72 hours before the show. Sending the email does not guarantee approval. You must wait for formal confirmation from the support team.

• Valid government-issued ID • Purchase confirmation email or proof of active membership • When applicable, a valid ticket for the same date and city

The production may require additional checks (wristbands, digital validations, etc.).
