Here you will find the terms of use, access and operation of the official membership.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the website https://gloriatreviuniverse.com/ (hereinafter "Gloria Trevi Universe") by users (hereinafter "The User", "Member", "You" or "Your") and their relationship with Be Smart Mobile LLC (operating as "Gloria Trevi Universe ®"). By accessing or using the site and its services, the User expressly accepts these Terms.
Important Notices (please read before purchasing)
Content subject to local conditions. The benefits included in the Packages and Membership are subject to availability, venue restrictions and policies, security provisions, and applicable local regulations. In certain cities/countries, some components may vary, be limited, or not be available.
Prior confirmation by city/date. Before completing the purchase, the user must review and confirm the exact contents of the selected Package for their city/country/date, as shown on the official Gloria Trevi Universe channels at the time of the transaction.
Operational information by email. Schedules, meeting points, access details, presale codes, and accreditation procedures will be communicated to the email address used by the user to complete the purchase or subscription.
Conditional exclusive presale. Access to the exclusive presale requires an active subscription with at least 3 months paid upfront. The access code does not guarantee your ticket.
1. Definitions
Gloria Trevi Universe: the official Gloria Trevi fan community. Under this brand, memberships, packages, and experiences associated with the artist's universe are offered, including priority access to tickets, exclusive merchandise, and monthly raffles.
The Client/User: an individual who purchases the membership or any of the packages through the official channels. By completing the purchase or subscription, the user expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The Gloria Trevi Universe Membership / Subscription: a recurring monthly subscription at a price of USD 7.99/month, granting access to the benefits described in Section 2 of these Terms.
Universe Package: a premium VIP package that may include a VIP Lounge, early entry, a merchandise kit, and a one-year membership, in accordance with the details confirmed for each tour date. Conditions to be defined based on availability and the operational logistics of each city.
VIP Lounge: an exclusive space with special décor to enjoy before the show, whose location, schedule, capacity, and access rules depend on the venue and event production.
The Event / The Show: Gloria Trevi tour concerts in the city, venue, and date selected by the user at the time of purchase.
2. Gloria Trevi Universe Membership – Benefits
The monthly membership of USD 7.99 grants access to the following benefits:
2.1. Exclusive Presale for Members Members have access to ticket sales before the general public. The exclusive presale is available only to users who have paid at least 3 months upfront (USD 23.99). At the moment, this benefit applies only to Central America shows. Each presale code allows the purchase of up to 2 (two) tickets. The number of codes is subject to availability and limited spots.
2.2. Ticket Discount Members receive a special price on tickets for tour shows. Subject to availability. The applicable discount will be announced through the official channels before each sale date.
2.3. Priority at Exclusive Events For unique, one-of-a-kind events, members have priority access before tickets are released to the general public. This benefit is communicated via email with sufficient advance notice.
2.4. Official Member Kit at the Tour The member may pick up their exclusive kit at the show by presenting their membership card or proof of membership. A valid show ticket is required in order to pick up the official kit. The kit is specially designed for fans who are part of the universe. Official merchandise is distributed exclusively at the show venue during the tour. At the moment, this benefit applies only to Central America shows, starting from shows announced from May 2026 onward (subject to confirmation).
2.5. Unique Experiences Moments that cannot be purchased with a regular ticket: special events, exclusive activations, and experiences designed exclusively for active Gloria Trevi Universe members.
2.6. Monthly Raffles An exclusive monthly raffle for the Tribu. Possible prizes include tickets, Meet & Greets, exclusive experiences, and surprises available only within the Universe. The terms and conditions of each raffle will be communicated in due course.
3. Universe Package (VIP)
The details of the Universe Package (including content, price, number of available tickets, and purchase process) are currently being confirmed. In principle, this package may include the following benefits:
Access to the VIP Lounge before the show.
Early Entry (priority access without lines).
Exclusive merchandise kit.
Gloria Trevi Universe membership for 1 (one) year.
Important: The final details, prices, and availability of the Universe Package will be announced in due course through the official channels. The content described in this section is indicative and may be subject to changes prior to its official launch.
4. Membership Pricing and Billing
The membership price is USD 7.99 per month, billed on a recurring basis. To unlock access to the exclusive presale, the user must pay 3 months upfront (USD 23.99). Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes at the time of the transaction. The company reserves the right to modify prices with prior notice to active users.
5. Purchase and Subscription Process
Subscriptions and package purchases must be made exclusively through the official Gloria Trevi Universe channels. Purchase confirmation is subject to successful payment validation. The user will receive a confirmation email with their membership details. The user must keep the confirmation email as official proof of purchase. The company reserves the right to reject any transaction in cases of detected fraud, technical issues, or lack of availability.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Package purchases made through the official channels are considered final sales and are generally non-refundable. The user's inability to attend the event, personal cancellations, or changes in plans do not constitute grounds for a full or partial refund of the amount paid. The monthly membership may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for unused days. In the event of a total cancellation of the show, the user may request a refund for the Universe Package (where applicable) by contacting the support email.
7. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation
In the event of a rescheduling, the package will remain valid for the new date. Gloria Trevi Universe will notify the package holder by email with all relevant details. In the event of a total cancellation of the show, the user may request a refund as set forth in Section 6.
8. Package Transfer or Assignment
If the user is unable to attend the event, they may transfer their package to another person, who will attend in their place. To do so, the user must forward to the assignee (the person who will attend) all package information and documentation received by email: purchase confirmation, codes, receipts, and any other details required for access. The transferring user is responsible for ensuring that the assignee has all the information needed to enter and enjoy the included benefits.
Gloria Trevi Universe is not responsible for any issues arising from an incomplete, incorrect, or uncommunicated transfer. The transferring user assumes full responsibility for the information transfer process.
For any questions regarding a transfer, the user may write to soporte@gloriatreviuniverse.com at least 72 (seventy-two) hours before the show date.
9. Access and Accreditation Requirements
To access the benefits, the user must present:
A valid government-issued ID.
Purchase confirmation email or proof of active membership.
When applicable, a valid ticket for the same date and city.
The production and/or venue may require additional checks (wristbands, scheduled check-in, digital validations, etc.). Failure to comply may result in the loss of the benefit.
10. Limitation of Liability
Gloria Trevi Universe and/or the organizing company shall not be liable for:
Cancellation or rescheduling of the event due to causes beyond their control.
Additional personal expenses not included in the package.
Loss, theft, or damage to the user's personal belongings.
Damages suffered by the user during the event, beyond the scope of the services offered.
The kit/merchandise item is provided as a gift, and its absence or potential damage shall not give rise to any right of compensation or refund, except where required by law. Participation in the experiences included in the package is entirely at the user's own risk.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The parties agree that any dispute related to the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be addressed, first and foremost, in good faith through direct dialogue or mediation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Miami, Florida.
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data shall be governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the official Gloria Trevi Universe channels.
13. Use of Members' Image
By participating in events, activations, experiences, and any activity organized or promoted by Gloria Trevi Universe, the Member expressly accepts and authorizes Be Smart Mobile LLC (operating as Gloria Trevi Universe ®) to:
Photograph, film, and/or record their image, voice, and/or likeness during such events.
Use such photographic, audiovisual, or any other type of material for promotional, advertising, editorial, and/or communication purposes, on any medium or platform, including social media, the website, and Gloria Trevi Universe marketing materials, without territorial or time limitations.
Edit, modify, adapt, or combine such material with other content, provided that the Member's dignity or honor is not affected.
The Member shall not receive any financial compensation for such authorization. If the Member does not wish their image to be used, they must notify Gloria Trevi Universe in writing at soporte@gloriatreviuniverse.com before the corresponding event.
